Changing: Traffic Shifting at 2nd St & Hwy 52

What: Traffic will shift to the North side of the road at 2nd Street SW and Highway 52

When: September 14th

Opening Back Up: 3rd Avenue Bridge

What: 3rd Avenue Bridge is open to north & south vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic on the east side of the bridge.

When: Monday, August 31
